Sandy buys the ingredients for your dinner in the morning to make sure you will have the freshest food. Since 2015 when she started her private kitchen, she has been developing her menu using homemade sauces without preservatives. Sandy started cooking when she was a teenager. She learned many of her Chinese cooking techniques from Star Chef Management School in Hong Kong. With her passion in cooking, she also actively participated in cooking classes to understand more about other cuisines such as Thai and Japanese.
Sandy has served over 500 guests so far. Her Chinese soup is seasonal; her seafood dishes and homemade desserts always receive very good comments.
